This is just a snippet of a work in progress I’ve been doing in my free time. It’ still mostly rough sketch, but some details have been honed down, and I added some real basic fire because…well…its fire. This future illustration came to me after watching lots of Game of Thrones and playing far too much of the game “Dark Souls”. As a result, I felt I needed some plate-mail in my portfolio. I will be posting more on this piece (and other long forgotten WIP’s) as I continue making work for Comic Con in July, so keep and eye out!

Howdy y’all. Again, it seems a great deal of time has passed since I posted something here. Hopefully all you lovely readers have been reading Off The Clock, my weekly webcomic, you can get there via the link on the right side of this page! In other business, I have done a few illustrations for various groups lately, including the chicken below, a commission for Joizee, an internet video game commentator. I’ve had this one finished for a while, only just getting around to posting it. Others will be coming down the road.

Come July, I’ll be attending San Diego Comic Con once again to try my hand in the professional comic pool. I’ll have more work from that event posted as it gets closer.

My word is has been a fortnight since I last stumbled upon this webpage. With the holidays and other time-sucking moments in my daily monotony, I have ONCE AGAIN neglected my lowly blog. So, to make up for that, I present some art for your lovely eyeballs to bask in!

This piece was what we in the industry call a”Holy crap that’s due tomorrow and I haven’t even started it and oh my god, what the hell is wrong with my ability to properly schedule my projects???” job. I started it last night and finished it earlier today for the Nerdist and Valve mash up contest! The contest was to take elements from the two companies and make the worlds best combined fan art for a chance to attend the DICE summit in Las Vegas. So, my brain quickly fired off an idea and my hands took care of the rest. Enjoy!
